Weighing just 5.5 pounds with the battery, SAFR offers standoff detection that is ideal for real-time detection and identification of explosives, homemade explosives (HME), nuclear weapon processing chemicals, narcotics, and toxic industrial chemicals (TICs)/toxic industrial materials (TIMs).

Designed for situational awareness and protecting first responders, SAFR’s standoff detection allows users to stay farther away from toxic chemicals or blasts. It requires no eye protection.

With a 2-hour battery run time and the ability to be carried, worn, or mounted, SAFR is a field asset with multiple use cases in the military, public safety, and law enforcement applications.
